‘Love My Credit Union’ Campaign Launches From CU Solutions Group

Numerica Credit Union’s 2015 entry supported Blessings Under the Bridge.

The Love My Credit Union Campaign, formally Share the Love, is a campaign that highlights credit unions giving back to their communities and sharing their heartfelt work on videos.

These videos are being shared to inspire random acts of kindness and give back to charities that are near and dear to credit unions and members.

Last year, Global Credit UnionNumerica Credit Union, (Spokane, WA), Lower Valley Credit Union (Sunnyside, WA), and Whatcom Educational Credit Union (Bellingham, WA), took part.

According to CU Solutions Group, 132 credit unions across 35 states have been responsible for more than 426,000 votes cast, with more than $105,000 going to charities through the contest. This year, that amount is estimated to grow to $122,500, with eight credit unions to receive prizes of $5,000 each, and one receiving a $15,000 grand prize.

Live “how to” webinars:

  • Thursday, July 21 at 3 pm EST (noon PST)
  • Wednesday, July 27 at 3 pm EST (noon PST)

Submit

Starting July 1, 2016 at LoveMyCUCampaign.org.

*One entry allowed per credit union

Vote

Videos submitted will be display on VoteLoveMyCU.org starting October 1, 2016.

Consumers can cast one vote per day for a credit union.

Voting ends December 16, 2016
