HRx Shines in Recruiting Key Position for American Lake Credit Union

“Talent is the heartbeat of successful credit unions,” said Jason Neifield, director of HR services for HRx, which provides recruiting and other key human resources services for credit unions.

In today’s competitive market especially, said Neifield, it’s critical that credit unions recruit the sort of people who can drive efficiency and help them evolve to meet changing member needs.
