Northwest Credit Union Association Unveils New Online Dating Website and More

SeaTac, Washington, Tigard, Oregon —The Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) has launched a dramatically more intuitive and responsive website for member credit unions and Strategic Link business partners.

NWCUA collaborated with gira{ph} creative, a design agency specializing in credit union marketing, to create the new website with the needs of its members and strategic partners in mind. The result is a website that is visually pleasing, easy to navigate, and allows relationships to be forged with the click of a mouse.

Instead of browsing through confusing lists of options, NWCUA members can use the innovative new CU Matchup, an online tool that matches credit unions to the right strategic partner. When members answer a few short questions, the CU Matchup Tool generates partner recommendations to fit the credit union’s specific needs. Every page of the new website was built to achieve one goal: to provide more and better pathways for NWCUA members to build effective business relationships with Strategic Link partners—to improve service to the consumer/member.

“Through the new Strategic Link website, we are committed to provide our members and business partners with innovative solutions like CU Matchup,” said Denise Gabel, Chief Operating Officer of the Northwest Credit Union Association. “Now our member credit unions have easy access to the turnkey business solutions offered by our partners, and a greater menu of consulting services to address their needs.”

Gabel added that Northwest Credit Union Association members have more than twenty strategic partnerships at their fingertips, providing assistance in Card Services, Consulting, Human Resources, Insurance, Lending, Mobile Banking, emerging financial technologies and much more.

The Northwest Credit Union Association is the not-for-profit trade association serving more than 160 credit unions in Oregon and Washington and their 4.9 million members. The NWCUA is the voice of the Northwest credit union movement, providing legislative, regulatory, and public advocacy in addition to education, compliance, networking support, and business solutions to its members. Credit unions are structured as not-for-profit cooperatives, existing only to serve their members. Learn more about credit unions at
