Member Service Representative

Do you have amazing people skills? Do you love to provide outstanding service? And are you a perfectionist when it comes to details and accuracy? If so, we want to talk to YOU about joining our dynamic team as a full-time Member Service Representative at our NE Portland branch.

You will assist members with various account transactions, cross-sell credit union products and generally provide the excellent service they’ve come to expect from us. This position requires at least 1 year of cash-handling experience in a fast-paced environment; one year of customer service experience; basic computer literacy, keyboard and 10-key skills; H.S. diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of credit union products and services is desirable but not required.
