Relationship Services Manager

Woodstone Credit Union is a community chartered credit union located in Federal Way.  We currently have an opportunity for an experienced credit union professional to manage the branch and call center. The manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional and efficient service resulting in member satisfaction and retention.  Providing managerial leadership, coaching, motivating and directing sales and service activity of the branch and call center consistent with the organization mission, vision and values while achieving assigned goals.

Desired knowledge, skills and experience:

  • 5 years financial institution experience
  • 3 years managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or a combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of credit union products and services
  • Knowledge regulations related to branch operations
  • Sales and service management and coaching skills
