HUD issued a final rule that establishes the definition of a qualified mortgage for loans that HUD guarantees. The rule will be effective on Jan. 10, 2014.

The FTC has announced the launch of its redesigned website. The new website is now easier to use on mobile devices.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of Nov. 26. The last update prior to this was Nov. 14.
