Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
FinCEN has issued a final rule amending the definitions of “funds transfer” and “transmittal of funds” under the Bank Secrecy Act.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of Nov. 26. The last update prior to this was Nov. 14.
