Member Service Representative

EvergreenDIRECT Credit Union has an immediate opening and is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time Member Service Representative at our Tumwater branch.
Duties will include all transaction processing and cash handling functions, answering telephones, resolution of member questions and problems, account opening, educating members on our products and services and all other aspects of ensuring excellent member service.
Top candidates will have:
- Effective listening skills and positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret member statements
- Analytical, decision making and problem solving ability
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent follow-through ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
Professional manner and dress
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School level or greater
Customer service experience
Previous cash handling
Credit union or bank experience
(DOQ) + benefits
Monday – Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. Scheduling flexibility necessary to meet service needs.
