Sound Credit Union, a dynamic, progressive-minded state chartered credit union is seeking an experienced Business Loan Officer. Sound Credit Union has over $1B in assets, a membership base of over 100,000, and 21 branches throughout King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston counties.
The primary responsibility of the Business Loan Officer is to work with branch employees and business owners to help generate business services and business loans from current and potential members, with an emphasis on Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial Lines of Credit (LOC), Asset Based Loans (ABL), Commercial Term Loans and Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 and 7(a) loans, Business Deposit Accounts as well as additional Business Services product offerings. Attain established individual sales goals as defined by the Credit Union while exerting a personal effort to make members feel welcomed and valued. Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing superior service according to Sound Credit Union’s Service Promise.
Qualified candidates must have five years’ experience in a business development, business lending, or related, position. Experience within a financial institution preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field. Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a clean driving history. Must be bondable.
