Accounting Coordinator/Visa Specialist

We are a locally based Credit Union with an open position for a full time Accounting Coordinator/Visa Specialist.

This position includes all Accounting functions, including GL entries, Bank Reconcilements and Accounts Payable. Provides support to Accounting Manager.

Administers Visa Credit/Debit Card Portfolio to include: daily entries, chargeback’s and disputes, Quarterly Reporting and assisting members and staff with Visa questions or problems.

Fraud monitoring and training for staff and members.

Qualifications Include: High School Diploma, Minimum 2-year Accounting experience required and 1-year Visa experience.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be ready to work in a team environment.
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
A high degree of accuracy is required along with the ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality in dealing with members and staff.
