Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

Are you self-motivated and enjoy taking initiative on projects without direct supervision? If you have five to seven years experience working in a facilities or maintenance role (preferably in a financial institution), you may be interested in the full-time Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator opening at Rivermark Community Credit Union.
This position will manage the facilities of the Credit Union (including remodeling, maintenance, repairs, security, heating/cooling functions and furniture) and ensure that our facilities project a positive image to our employees and the communities we serve.
The successful candidate will have experience in contract maintenance and contract negotiation skills, the ability to perform routine repair/maintenance tasks, strong problem solving skills and experience working with security companies and alarm systems. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between our branches required.
