Assistant Branch Manager

Red Canoe Credit Union is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager for our new South Hill branch. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a financial institution, preferably a credit union, as well as 6 months experience as a loan interviewer and loan underwriter.
This position will assist the Branch Manager with supervising/coaching the branch employees and other duties including but not limited to, all loan and operational functions within the branch, assisting with security measures which includes opening and closing the branch as needed. This position will Support the Branch Manager with business development, membership growth efforts and activities, and being supportive of the credit unions sales culture to meet member needs.
