Clackamas Federal Credit Union is seeking a discerning, seasoned Chief Financial Officer to manage all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization. The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and overseeing the Finance, Accounting, Lending, and Collections functions of the Credit Union, while ensuring departmental functions follow strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
To be successful in this position, the CFO will be an experienced and mature leader, demonstrate a passion and desire to meet strategic financial goals, and have a broad background in finance and accounting. The position reports to, and partners with, the Chief Executive Officer. A strong CFO, who desires to be positioned as a potential internal CEO successor, is a requirement for this position.
