Branch Manager – Pullman Bishop Branch

As a Branch Manager you need to have strong leadership skills and have experience coaching, developing and supporting staff members. The Branch Manager leads daily operations of the branch and provides a positive leadership example.

If you have strong, proven leadership skills as well as the ability to deliver top-notch member service, then the Branch Manager’s position in the Pullman Bishop Branch may be the position for you. This exempt position offers a monthly salary of $4,509 to $6,183 DOQ plus an excellent benefits package. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm with scheduling flexibility required to meet branch needs.

This job will remain open until filled.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Two years of college or substitute two years of leadership experience for college. Minimum of two years customer service.  Sales experience a must. Branch experience preferred.  Coaching/mentoring experience and team building skills a must.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: The ability to analyze information and form recommendations; effective listening skills, ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment, dealing with all types of customer and employee issues. The ability to regularly travel to Western Washington.  Communications training, budgeting experience and business/strategic planning a plus.
