Director of Retail Services

HORIZON CREDIT UNION is a growing financial institution with 18 locations in WA, ID and MT, and is currently seeking an experienced Director to join our Retail Delivery team in the Spokane Valley.

QUALIFICATIONS:  To be considered for this position, applicants should have at least 3 years of related experience and/or training, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Related work experience may substitute for education.

JOB DUTIES (summary): This position is responsible to champion the member service experience and for fulfillment of member expectation.   Directs primary aspects of the operations of multiple Branches, Contact Center and Self Service Channels to ensure efficient operations, a consistent service experience and compliance with existing regulations and policies for each delivery channel.  Focus is placed on balancing service expectations with risk, compliance and retail service goals.
