Human Resources Manager

St. Helens Community Federal Credit Union, (SHCU), located in St. Helens, Oregon, is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and hiring for our 75 person organization. This position will also partner with the Operations area to support employee training programs. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability and experience in the HR field, including development of strong relationships with key vendors, employees and management team. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is a proven track record managing multiple priorities and ability to be self-directed. PHR certification preferred.
