Sound Credit Union, a dynamic, progressive-minded state chartered credit union is seeking an experienced Programmer/Analyst. Sound Credit Union has over $1B in assets, a membership base of over 100,000, and 21 branches throughout King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Thurston counties.
The primary role of the Information Technology Programmer Analyst is to program and analyze moderately complex projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to code, debug, test and document programs installed on the Credit Union’s computer systems. Assist the Host System Manager on large-scale or more complex projects. Abide by the Credit Union’s Service Promise.
Qualified candidates will have; Two years’ of experience in computer programming. Knowledge of Symitar system highly desired. Two years’ demonstrated experience in Symitar repgen programming preferred. Experience developing software requirement specifications, managing projects, and developing and customizing application software. Experience with Windows Operating Systems and applications in a helpdesk environment. Two years’ of college or vocational training in computer science or Management Information Technology preferred. Software development certification desired. Must be bondable.
We offer a professional work environment with a competitive salary and benefits plan. $44,000.00 – $66,000.00 annual equivalent (DOE).
