Indirect Loan Sales Representative – Northern Washington

Columbia Credit Union’s Indirect Loan Sales Representative will develop product sales through indirect channels including auto, marine, RV, home improvement and other sources. The individual will work with the VP of Retail Lending on business plans to generate desired loan volume. Responsibilities to include: Indirect Business development in Northern Washington (Olympia and north); acquire and maintain new and existing clients; demonstrate solid knowledge of competition and market risks; support underwriter/dealer relationships, and define new market and product opportunities.
The successful candidate will be sales-results-driven with previous indirect lending sales experience. This position requires an attention to detail coupled with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while demonstrating consistent professionalism in all interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to instruct others and work with a diverse member and employee base. Daily local travel between clients is required; some out of town trips may require overnight stays.
