Director of Branch Operations

Position Summary

Assist senior management in achieving strategic goals. Implement effective operational plans and goals. Ensure quality of service and sales activities in the branches. Oversee management of the branches, products, and services. Supervise employees, ensuring optimal performance. Establish and maintain professional business relationships with members, vendors, the business community, and trade organizations. Complete assigned administrative functions.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.  Minimum of 3 years management experience. Three to five years of progressive operations experience in a Credit Union or similar financial institution.  Preference for 5+ years of experience, experience with commercial deposits, and Credit Union experience.
