Electronic Banking Specialist

Columbia Credit Union, Clark County’s largest credit union and voted a “Best Places to Work” by staff, is looking for a technically savvy individual to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide enthusiastic and responsive technical support for all electronic banking products, including Columbia’s business and consumer online banking, bill pay, mobile banking, and remote deposit services. This position serves as a subject matter expert, responding by phone and email to internal and external inquires, as well as training staff about the services. He or she works with vendors’ to resolve issues; assists in testing service upgrades and new cutting edge products; and performs operational tasks, such as pulling reports, approving applications and purging inactive users.

Requires advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of browser settings; and a strong technical background in online and/or mobile delivery channels. Must be a problem-solver with excellent time-management and trouble-shooting ability. Applicants must be professional and mature, with the confidence to train business members to use cash management services, such as ACH and RDC. Excellent verbal and written customer service skills required. Prior technical support experience highly preferred. Prior phone center experience is a plus.
