We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Training Director. This is a single person department in charge of advertising, promotion, community events and sales leadership. Other responsibilities include developing new products and services, pricing matters, related vendor management and reporting of results.
We are a credit union seeking to truly make a difference in our members’ financial lives and we empower our staff to make this happen. We have seen tremendous success over the past several years and we need to find the right candidate to build on this success.
We are looking for a creative and fearless mind – someone wanting to consider ideas and strategies not done before. We need someone with some degree of design talent (we outsource the major projects). We need someone able to write effective copy and keep us actively engaged in Social Media. We need an outgoing personality to promote us in the community and lead sales training and staff meetings. We need an engaging individual.
We are a fun place to work, but we work hard. This position can offer a flexible working environment which could include various hours and telecommuting. Salary is dependent on qualifications. We offer 401K, medical, dental, performance incentives and more.
