Branch Manager

We are a locally based Credit Union looking for a Branch Manager at our Beaverton Branch location. The responsibilities of the Branch Manager position include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day branch operations, including supervision of staff
  • Process consumer loans
  • Open new accounts
  • All aspects of member service including processing teller transactions.
  • Cross-service and provide information on credit union products and services, answer questions regarding credit union policies and procedures.
  • Coaching staff to provide appropriate financial products and services to membership.

The successful candidate will promote positive member relations by defining member needs along with excellent member service and communication.

Possess a high level of knowledge and experience with operations, regulation compliance and proper cash controls.

Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with current and potential SEG groups and across all departments within the credit union.

Have the ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

When needed, must be able to travel to other branch locations within the Portland metro area.

Qualifications Include: High School Diploma. Minimum 2 years managerial/Supervisory skills required. Minimum 2 years loan experience required.
