National Credit Union Administration (NCUA)
The May edition of the NCUA’s Economic Update is now available.

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
The CFPB issued a press release stating that they finalized the amendments to the ability-to-repay rule. The CFPB also issues a rule delaying the effective date of the prohibition of financing certain credit insurance premiums until January 10, 2014.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
The FTC has announced the agenda for the upcoming Mobile Security Forum on June 4.
Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN)
US Department of the Treasury (Treasury)
The Treasury has announced that the Making Home Affordable Program will be extended through December 31, 2015.
The Treasury and other agencies have announced that they are adopting the interim rule regarding garnishment of account containing federal benefit payments as the final rule, effective June 28, 2013.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of May 23, 2013. The last update prior to this was May 16, 2013.
