Credit Union Assistant Branch Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your excellent leadership, management, coaching, communication and sales skills?  If you have two to five years progressively responsible branch operations and/or consumer lending experience in a financial institution, you’ll be interested in joining the team at Rivermark Community Credit Union’s Gresham Branch.

Our Assistant Branch Managers supervise branch staff and oversee all teller, member service and consumer lending activities.  Your day may include coaching an employee to achieve sales goals, planning a staff meeting and assisting with a complex member transaction.

We are looking for individuals with at least two years experience in a lead or supervisory role, thorough knowledge of branch operations and well-developed leadership, management and coaching skills.  The successful candidate will have the ability to run a teller cash drawer, enter memberships and consumer loans and review sales results.  The successful candidate will embrace technology and remote delivery options.
