Your day will include processing garnishments, subpoenas and credit bureau disputes, assisting employees and members over the phone and providing administrative support to the team.
We’re looking for candidates that possess the ability to gain basic knowledge of collection laws, procedures and regulatory requirements, professional verbal and written communication skills and general personal computer skills. Knowing how to read and understand credit reports will put you ahead of the competition. Prior financial institution experience helpful.
