National Credit Union Association (NCUA)
The NCUA has announced that it will be hosting a marketing webinar on Tuesday, April 23. The webinar is geared towards helping credit unions “improve outreach to current and potential members”.

The CFPB published a proposed clarification to the 2013 Escrows Final Rule. The proposal includes clarifications on language used in the rule and also includes technical amendments.

Federal Reserve Board (FRB)
The FRB published the HOEPA rates for May.
The FRB issued a proposal regarding the establishment of an annual assessment of bank holding companies and savings and loan holding companies with $50 billion or greater in total consolidated assets and for nonbank financial companies designated by the Financial Stability Oversight Council for supervision by the Federal Reserve.
Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC)
The OCC has released a transcript of Director Curry’s remarks delivered at the 2013 Hope Forum.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of April 12, 2013. The last update prior to this was April 11, 2013.
