SELCO Community Credit Union, headquartered in Eugene Oregon, has an opening for a Project Manager. SELCO is a growing and multifaceted credit union with over 1 billion in assets, and 15 locations throughout Oregon.
This position is responsible for overseeing the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Strategic Execution Office (SEO) including initiating, planning, executing, managing, and completing projects for the Organization, providing leadership to other
business units using project management best practice techniques and principles, and creating and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and project management excellence.
Successful candidates for this position will have excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills along with strong analytical ability. A Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience, at least two (2) years of project management experience, and a valid driver’s license is required. Financial institution and supervisory experience is preferred, but not required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is also preferred, but not required.
