Training and Development Officer

Position: Training and Development Officer

Position Summary: Develop, implement, and maintain the credit union’s training program. Primary use of time in position is spent actively training and supporting development of staff. Support subject matter experts in implementation of sustainable, efficient, training for credit union processes and specialized knowledge areas.

Position Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business, adult education, human resources, or related field or equivalent experience and education highly preferred. Two to four years of progressive experience in financial institution sales, service, and operations preferred. Two to four years of training experience highly preferred.
