If you said “Yes!” to these questions, and have at least 2+ years of banking/credit union teller or lead teller experience, we want to talk to you about a rare opportunity in our NE Portland branch as our next Teller Team Lead.
In this role, you will train, coach and support the teller staff, oversee the daily branch activities, including scheduling, assigning workflow, achieving branch balancing standards, performing and ensuring completion of branch certifications and model the outstanding customer service our members have come to expect from us.
Qualified applicants must be extremely organized, good with details, an excellent communicator and calm under pressure.
