The FFIEC has released a short announcement on the revised delineations of MSAs. While the new definitions are effective immediately, the FFIEC has stated that HMDA information will not be impacted by this update until January 2014.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of March 11, 2013. The last update prior to this was March 07, 2013.
OFAC has announced that it has launched a new SDN verification tool.
