Member Service Representative (Call Center)

Job Status: Part-time

Do you have strong product knowledge, excellent member service skills and the ability to effectively cross-sell products and services to benefit our members? If you answered yes, then this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

This position assists members over the phone and through our electronic alternatives. The right person for this job is an enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills and proven sales ability. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong pc skills with previous tech support experience preferred. As we continue to grow the department and focus on convenient and easy access for our members, flexibility in scheduling is required.
