Marketing Coordinator

Full time position at our Gateway Headquarters in Springfield.

Responsible for the scheduling and workflow of advertising and marketing projects. Helps develop and execute marketing campaigns. Liaison to frontline and back office, practice and industry groups, management and marketing committees. Assists with reports, and record keeping; the evaluation of media opportunities; and advertising placement. Plans, schedules, and coordinates events including conventions, trade shows, conferences, seminars, sales meetings, and other events.

Qualified candidate will be extremely flexible in serving internal customers to meet the needs of the member. 3-5years of progressively increasing responsibility in marketing, sales, or public relations field. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration) preferred.
