Contact Center Representative or Specialist (DOE)

Maps Credit Union in Salem, OR currently has a full time opening for a Contact Center Representative or Specialist (depending on experience). Essential Functions of this position include: to provide counseling and perform account maintenance via member initiated phone calls with efficiency and accuracy; further enhance member relationships by assessing member needs and recommending additional products and services; provide loan information and conduct loan interviews; answer member questions and solve problems regarding accounts and statements.
The Representative position requires 6 months to 2 years’ experience in customer service with previous call center and financial institution experience preferred. The Specialist position additionally requires 2-4 years’ experience in customer service with lending experience and previous working a wireless company call center preferred. Bi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
