Director of Member Business Lending

We are currently seeking a fulltime Director of Member Business Lending located at our Support Center in Springfield, Oregon. This position is responsible for managing the activities and leading the efforts in building the presence of the Member Business Lending Services Department as well as providing commercial banking member services.

Strong candidates will have exceptional leadership qualities, a cooperative, positive approach with members and employees, high analytical abilities and strong communication skills.   Ten years’ experience in a commercial financial services environment with progressively higher responsibility required; management experience required.  Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business/finance, or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities through work related experience preferred.
