OnPoint Wins Accolades on Business Journal’s Most Admired Financial Services Companies List

OnPoint Community Credit Union was lauded by CEOs across Oregon recently, landing the state’s largest credit union high honors on the Portland Business Journal’s “Most Admired Companies” list. The $3.2 billion dollar institution was ranked third among the state’s 10 most admired financial services companies—the only credit union on a list otherwise filled with banks and wealth management companies.

The Portland Business Journal asked more than 120 CEOs to judge their peers. Those participating in the poll put aside all competitive feelings to admit that OnPoint is a leader in innovation, branding and marketing, quality of management, community involvement, and quality of products and services.

The Portland-based credit union serves more than 248,000 members. It has ranked in the top 10 on the Business Journal’s list for the past five years, but this year’s ranking is OnPoint’s highest yet.

“We are proud of this recognition,” said OnPoint President and CEO Rob Stuart. “It’s a result of all our OnPoint employees who are committed to providing the best financial solutions for our members and improving the financial well-being of our community.”
