Bilingual Call Center Representative

Do you feel you perform at your best when you can utilize your exceptional customer service and sales skills to help others in a call center environment?  If you are fluent in Spanish and have financial institution and customer service experience, you’ll be interested in joining Rivermark Community Credit Union’s team of Call Center Representatives.

Our Call Center Representatives process a variety of member account transactions over the phone.  Your day may include processing transfers between accounts, qualifying members for additional products and services or assisting a member who has lost their VISA card, all while providing outstanding service.

We’re looking for individuals with strong sales skills, the willingness to offer products and services to our members and a flair for multi-tasking.  You must have general personal computer abilities (including the use of online banking products).  Call center experience will put you ahead of the competition.
