National Credit Union Administration (NCUA)

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)
Today, the CFPB published corrections to Appendices I, K, M, and N to its interim final Regulation V. These corrections are only technical, fixing typographical errors.
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
OFAC has updated the SDN list as of Nov. 13, 2012. The last update prior to this came on Nov. 9, 2012.
U.S. Department of the Treasury
The Treasury released remarks from Under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence David Cohen at the American Bankers Association/American Bar Association Money Laundering Enforcement Conference.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
The FTC published the agenda for the upcoming Forum on Protecting Consumers Through Cross-Border Codes of Conduct, which will address areas of global trade that fall outside of government protections.
National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA)
NACHA scheduled a webinar focusing on Operating Rules Update: Healthcare Payments, which is open for registration. The webinar is scheduled for Nov. 28, 2012, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST.
Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC)
The OCC issued a press release to remind borrowers that they have until Dec. 31, 2012, to request a free, impartial foreclosure review.
Social Security Administration (SSA)
The SSA issued a press release stating that the field offices will close 30 minutes early each day, beginning Nov. 19, 2012. Additionally, in 2013, offices will close to the public at noon every Wednesday, and field offices will be closed to the public on Nov. 23, the day after Thanksgiving.
