PT Lending Administration Specialist

This position supports Lending Division initiatives as they relate to product development, process improvements, policy updates, line of business testing, and loan rate changes; supports the Division by providing maintenance to a variety of software systems; maintains and monitors all consumer loan forms and implements all compliance changes throughout multiple delivery channels, and includes forms, software systems, and operating procedures; as the subject matter expert, develops and executes lending related training as needed.  Supports the WSECU Promise of Making Members’ Lives Easier by providing friendly, efficient and accurate service to members while observing WSECU Operating and Code of Conduct standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required – High School level of language, math and reasoning skills; Minimum two years experience with credit union or financial institution lending operating areas, functions, products and services. At least 1 year experience providing technical support for lending and/or collection software systems preferred.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:  Required –Effective listening skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills

HOURS:  Monday – Friday, 10:00am-3:00pm with scheduling flexibility to support system maintenance and testing
