Part-Time Call Center Rep

Schedule: 10am-2pm Monday-Friday 
Location: Milwaukie Administrative Office

We are seeking applicants with exceptional customer service skills to assist our members in our telephone contact center.  Call Center Representatives assist our members with a wide variety of transactions, perform account research for members and other departments, resolve complaints and service issues effectively, and cross-sell products and services to members. 

Education & Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales and in a financial institution is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a professional persona in order to deliver on the Advantis brand promise of exceptional service.
  • Must be proficient in the use of a computer and have the ability to learn software applications quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
