LSC Prepaid Program Announces Enhancements and Procedure Changes

The Prepaid Team  at LSC has added great new features to the gift card and TravelMoney Programs. Because all of these great things com with some procedural changes, LSC is requesting that all credit unions on the Gift & TravelMoney program  sign up for one of the 90-minute training webinars listed below.

LSC will be covering updates to the Gift Card program, changes to daily ACH and billing schedules for plastic fees and shipping, process changes for ordering inventory of Gift and TravelMoney and much, much more!

What’s new for credit unions and their members?

  • 25-card minimums are obsolete
  • Gift card maximums raised from $500 to $1,000
  • All-new reference section on Prepaid Access
  • More than 60 gift card designs and three TravelMoney designs available
  • Branded? All designs display the credit union’s logo and can be easily ordered online with no emails.

Presentation materials will be available on the Prepaid website’s message board on Friday, Sept. 21. The Prepaid Team encourages attendees to print out these materials and have them available during the session as reference points.

  • Order inventory
  • Issue prepaid cards
  • Fund prepaid cards
  • Prepaid Program Administrators
  • Those responsible for program balancing

All changes will go into effect on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012.
