Call Center Representative

We are seeking applicants with exceptional customer service skills to assist our members in our telephone contact center.  Call Center Representatives assist our members with a wide variety of transactions, perform account research for members and other departments, resolve complaints and service issues effectively, and cross-sell products and services to members. 


  • Call center and/or extensive customer service experience required
  • Previous bank or credit union experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An outstanding attendance record
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Intermediate PC and typing skills
  • Professional and team oriented attitude
