Operations Manager for Small Credit Union

Responsibilities:

Back office functions including processing of ACH, Share Drafts, debit card reconciliations, membership and checking applications etc.  Oversight of two employees, filling in as a teller when needed.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of financial regulations, accounting and record keeping.
  • Experience in managing people and processes.
  • Diligence and a track record of getting things done.
  • A commitment to the success of the organization.
  • A desire to take on additional levels of responsibility.
