Network Administrator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Network Administrator to join our growing team of IT professionals. Success in this role will require a willingness to support all roles in the department, the ability to provide solutions instead of answers, and a drive to offer excellent customer service at every level.

The ideal candidate will be able to administer and support all aspects of our domain and server infrastructure in a Microsoft environment. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of domain administration and group policy management, security principles, server, switch and firewall setup/configuration. Must have some experience with enterprise networking. Experience with virtualization is preferred but not required. You will be an integral part of the IT team by supporting and advising on technical issues, upgrades, system changes and new equipment.

Other competencies include critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills and a passion to develop and grow your IT talents. Must excel in a team-oriented environment, have amazing communication skills and be willing to deliver the same high-quality customer service we provide our members.

Must have 3 – 7 years professional experience in IT, a 2- or 4-year degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience. Industry certifications are a plus.

This is a full-time, Monday – Friday non-exempt position with benefit eligibility after 90 days, including participation in our health plan, paid time off accrual, employee loan discounts, a generous 401(k) retirement package and best of all – you get to join a great credit union!
