aSmarterChoice.org Releases July Data, Announces New Resources
More than 20,000 people visited aSmarterChoice.org in July 2012, with more than 1,500 of those visits coming from residents of Oregon and Washington. The credit union website also launched an RSS Feed this summer, allowing for easy tracking of media attention.

aSmarterChoice.org, the website that helps consumers nationwide find a credit union to fit their needs, released its web data for July 2012. More than 20,000 people visited aSmarterChoice.org in July, with more than 1,500 of those visits coming from residents of Oregon and Washington.
Fourteen days in the month saw more than 1,000 visitors, with the highest total coming on July 10 with 1,352 visits and 494 credit union searches.
The fewest searches conducted on a single day in July were 204 on Saturday, July 28.
In July, 1,080 visitors logged on in Washington, and 17.41 percent of those visitors conducted a credit union search. Four hundred thirty-eight Oregon consumers visited in July, with 22.6 percent using the credit union search feature.

aSmarterChoice.org also launched an RSS feed this summer, allowing for easy tracking of media attention. Found under the “Spotlights & News” tab on the aSmarterChoice site, the feed features mentions of the website in such varied media as Fox Business, US News and the New York Times, among many others.
