USAgencies Credit Union, in Downtown Portland, is looking for an Experienced Teller to join our team and help us live our Mission of providing solutions to improve our member’s financial lives. At USAgencies Credit Union we believe that the member should always come first, to that end, our Tellers are able to perform a variety of functions beyond handling a cash drawer. These functions include opening checking accounts and initiating memberships and loan applications. Additionally they are knowledgeable in all credit union products and services and actively look for opportunities to educate our members.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a teller, preferably with a credit union. Additionally the right candidate must also enjoy selling and referring credit union products and services.
The primary duties of this position include:
- Actively working to build strong relationships with members through personalized, caring service.
- Educating members on ways that they can improve their financial lives.
- Meeting or exceeding established sales and referral goals set by management.
