NWCUA to Host Small to Mid-Size Credit Union CEO Roundtable in Conjunction with NCUA Workshop

The Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) announced plans to host a Small to Mid-Size Credit Union Roundtable in Portland, Ore., on Sept. 14, one day before a free National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Credit Union Workshop geared toward small credit unions will be held in the same city.

The Small to Mid-Size Credit Union CEO Roundtable is designed specifically for leadership of NWCUA member credit unions with less than $100 million in assets. The NCUA workshops and roundtables, scheduled for Sept. 15 in Portland and Oct. 27 in Seattle, are hosted by the agency’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI), and registration is free for both events.

The NWCUA roundtable will include remarks from Association President Troy Stang and Spokane Media Federal Credit Union President and CEO Debie Keesee, as well as presentations from Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Vice President of Economics and Statistics Mike Schenk, CUNA Mutual Group’s Vicki Spoor, and NWCUA Director of Outreach Programs Kasey Rockwell.

The full agenda is available online along with detailed registration information.
