PC Technician

Columbia Credit Union is looking for a PC Technician.  The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide exceptional support for staff regarding personal computers and software applications throughout the Credit Union.

Minimum requirements for the position include, but are not limited to, a strong commitment to customer service, ability to independently diagnose and resolve personal computer related problems, and a talent for working with non-technical staff in a friendly, fast-paced environment.  The PC Technician should be proficient in the use of Windows-based PC hardware and experienced with Windows operating systems.  The successful candidate must also be able to work with third party vendors to install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of client/server applications.  An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is desirable.  Industry certifications are a plus.
