Branch Manager

We want a rock star!!  Lacamas is searching for a Branch Manager.  You will be responsible to develop and maintain a culture of member financial advocacy while managing the daily operations of two branches.  The successful candidate for this position will possess the following skills and attributes 

  • A business manager with a successful record of working within a consultative/sales environment.
  • A proven track record of strong branch leadership.
  • An effective coach and mentor that can create a positive team atmosphere inspiring the staff to produce results.
  • Ability to maintain and grow the Lacamas culture of providing innovative-solutions based service to our members.
  • A progressive thinker,  who embraces change, loves new technology and advocates for our members and Lacamas.
  • Excellent written and oral communicator.  You also are an effective listener – you listen to the conversation and verify what you heard.
