Credit Union Manager

Salary: D.O.Q., Non-Bargaining Unit Position
Location: Spokane, WA

Plan, organize and supervise operations of the Credit Union. Administer all functions relating to the operation of a small financial corporation which includes loans, dividend payments, annual, quarterly, and other reports to members and regulatory agencies. Provide input and recommendations while serving on Board of Directors relative to operation of the Credit Union. Provide supervision and work direction to staff members.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Management and a minimum of 5 years of working experience in banking, investments, counseling, personal money management, collections and credit and lien perfection. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required. A minimum of 3 years experience in managing a branch of a credit union, bank or financial institution preferred. Experience and good understanding of open ended and business lending is preferred. Other combinations of education and/or experience maybe considered.
The successful candidate shall undergo and pass a background screening check.
