Training Specialist

Do you love to teach? Are you an enthusiastic and experienced teller who sets the standard for outstanding customer service, has amazing technical skills and is the “go to” person for everyone else?

If you said “Yes!” to these questions, and have at least 2+ years of teller training or leadership experience in a bank or credit union setting, we want to talk to you about a rare opportunity as our next Member Service Training Specialist.
In this role, you will develop and deliver training to our branch and call center member service staff using our core financial processing system (XP). You will also provide on-site coaching and support as needed in any one of our locations. As needed, you will also assist in the development and implementation of other credit-union related training initiatives for all employees.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Benefits include participation in our health plan after 90 days, paid time off accrual, employee loan discounts, a generous 401(K) plan and best of all – you get to join our credit union!
